Each year our neighborhood park holds a festival in advance of the Fourth of July. I feel like each year it gets bigger and bigger. This year they had nearly 20 food trucks, a dunk tank, games, and other family events. The whole shebang is concluded with an impressive fireworks show. We miss it almost every year because it usually sneaks up on us. Last night Hans stayed home with the nervous animals and I walked to an area far enough from the park to avoid the crowds but close enough to have a decent view. Here are some shots:
